Windmills Break is a new FIVE STAR luxury boutique hotel located in Yallingup, Western Australia (part of the Margaret River Wine Region) - perfect for a romantic escape, corporate functions, weddings or just enjoying a break in the South West.

The boutique hotel first opened in November 2007 after a complete refurbishment.

Our five star rating is accredited by AAA Tourism Australia.

Each room has luxury new fittings with new furniture throughout including king size beds, large lcd televisions and private courtyards.   The licensed bar is open every day with large outdoor dining areas on the jarrah deck.   A gourmet breakfast is served every day and a tapas menu is available in the evenings (Thursday through Monday).

The new entrance, reception and portico open the doors to Windmills Break.

With a new gazebo over the decking, a large bbq area, a private massage centre, gymnasium, tennis court, walking track and much more.

Relax by the stunning new swimming pool and heated outdoor spa surrounded by our private garden.

All our room rates include a gourmet breakfast daily and free access to wireless internet.

Helicopter transfers are available direct from Perth to Windmills Break (landing on our Tennis Court) - check our website for details (cost starts from about $600 per person one way).   Helicopter sightseeing tours are also available direct from Windmills.

We offer a range of accommodation types including:

All rooms have king size beds, are fully airconditioned and have doors opening to private courtyards and garden areas.

The rooms have co-ordinated luxury furnishings, comfortable leather seating, telephones, 24 hour satellite movie channels, LCD Televisions, CD/DVD players, electric blankets, tea & coffee facilities and beautiful bathrooms.

Each room accommodates two (2) persons.

We regard our Executive Spa rooms and suites as some of the finest accommodation outside Perth and these rooms suit the most discerning guests; VIPs, honeymooners and those looking for a special occasion. 

The Premier Spa Suites comprise private verandah area, sunken living room, 2 LCD Televisions with DVD/CD, king size bed, wardrobes and huge spa and bathroom area all finished in granite and overlooking the gardens.

Our Premier Spa Apartment is a luxury self contained room with king size bed, 2 LCD Televisions, private bbq and separate kitchen/dining and lounge.

In addition, our unique spacious lounge and bar area, in the main lodge building, accommodates all guests, with a separate library area. The lounge features a games cabinet and winter wood fires from the double sided fireplace.

Wireless Internet facilities are available and included in your tarrif (and also operate in most parts of the gardens).

Deluxe Courtyard Rooms
Luxury rooms with private courtyards. These rooms have king size beds, separate ensuite, air conditioned, fully equipped mini bar, LCD Television, Foxtel, tea and coffee making facilities all with double sliding doors to private courtyard and garden area.

Executive Spa Rooms
The Executive Spa rooms include double spas, separate showers, king size beds, 90cm LCD TV's and stunning private courtyards that overlook the gardens.

Premier Spa Suites
These luxury suites are located about 50 metres from our main lodge building. With separate lounge, garden courtyard, huge bathroom and spa, two TV's, this room is one of our finest.

Premier Spa Apartment
This is one of three luxury suites located about 50 metres from our main lodge building. With separate lounge, dining, garden courtyard, huge bathroom, large balcony, private bbq, kitchen and spa, this room is of the highest quality.
