Service: Fantastic Friendly Staff who were eager to help out.
Cleanliness: Neat and tidy and rooms were very clean.
Room: The different rooms types at this property means that all people are catered for from singles travellers, couples, families and small groups. The rooms are very unique with Austrian style decor - cookoo clocks and a very Austrian feel. For those wanting a room with charm and not the average run of the mill.
Facilities: Great facilites - outdoor spa and sauna, two eating areas and large lounge with massive fire place.
Location: Good location high up in the village but a ski-in ski-out property.
Value for money: Great value for money and the meals that are included are worth every cent! The owner takes pride in making authentic Austrian fare and also Australian meals.
Overall comments: I would recommend this property for those wanting a cosy and unique property. I loved it and would have no hesitation in going there again. It is such a warm place and the rooms are charming!
