A sumptuous cooked breakfast is included in the tariff and served in the comfort and intimacy of both the Koala and Kookaburra B&B suites with breakfast provisions supplied for the self-contained Rosella suite. In Summer most guests favour breakfasting on their private balcony to soak up the beautiful sunrise and fantastic views.

We are located at the top of Arthurs Seat on the Mornington Peninsula only minutes from the beautiful bay beaches that we overlook (Dromana and Safety Beach) and about 75 minutes from Melbourne City.

Wonderful attractions include Wineries, Restaurants and access to many of the best Golf Courses in Australia

Property contains 3 seperate "Couples Only" Luxury Suites. Prices shown are for a couple per Suite.

The "Koala" & "Kookaburra" Suites (both one bedroom per suite) have Queen size double beds, Double Spas and Private Balconies. Full Breakfast is served in each Suite. If you can drag yourself away from the absolutely magnificent views seen from these beautiful Suites, you have Foxtel TV plus DVD, VCR and CD facilities to enjoy.

The "Rosella" Suite (again 1 bedroom) has TV and CD/Radio facilities but in addition, is fully Self Contained with its own Kitchen and Laundry. Full Breakfast ingredients are provided in the Rosella Suite.
