Service: Staff very friendly and helpful

Cleanliness: Very clean

Room: Special facility room for disabled was excellent. Could use another hand rail for the shower. And perhaps non slip tiles in the bathroom. Size of the rooms exellent

Facilities: Had breakfast in the breakfast room but was not impressed. We did get there close to closing time and all hot food was cold. Staff did offer to warm or make fresh but we declined and just had a continental breakfast instead.

Location: Central to everything you need

Value for money: With Entertainment card excellent value for money

Overall comments: I would highly recommend this facility.
