All apartments have a fully-equipped kitchen - oven, cooking range, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Imported leather furniture, flat screen TV, DVD, direct dial telephone, heating & air conditioning, laundry facilities. FREE secure parking.

Abacus designed and equipped its apartments with the businessman in mind. Each 1BR apartment has its own separate direct dial fax machine and ‘phone lines so you can attend to your business in the privacy of your own apartment. Abacus’ staff can arrange secretarial services for you.

There are clothes washing and drying machines on the premises for your convenience or there are commercial dry cleaning, laundry and clothes mending services less than 100 m from Abacus.

Security:

Each apartment has its own video monitor. Visitors can 'buzz' your apartment, and after clearing them via the monitor, you can remotely give them access through the reception entrance. Strangers cannot gain uncontrolled access after hours.

The car park is locked at all times. Guests may gain entry via a coded keypad. The public areas in the building and the car park are monitored by video cameras after hours.

Abacus also has a sophisticated electronic security system to detect and prevent the unauthorized removal of property from the building. So when you stay at Abacus Apartments, you'll have peace of mind.

Conditions:

All guests are required to have provide full address and contact details and have a valid credit card at check-in for security purposes, incidentals and extensions of reservations. Internet broadband is available for a modest cost.

Abacus’ buildings are strictly NO SMOKING. It is a condition of your booking of accommodation at Abacus that, if smoking occurs in an apartment, the cost of an extra day’s accommodation will be charged against your credit card.

Abacus Apartments is located 50m north of Toorak Road, & 200m west of Sth Yarra station.
By public transport: No. 8 tram from the City; No. 605 bus; or train from the City on the Frankston, Sandringham, Pakenham & Cranbourne lines.
