Each apartment has its own video monitor. Visitors can 'buzz' your apartment, and after clearing them via the monitor, you can remotely give them access through the reception entrance. Strangers cannot gain uncontrolled access after hours.

The car park is locked at all times. Guests may gain entry via a coded keypad. The public areas in the building and the car park are monitored by video cameras after hours.

Abacus also has a sophisticated electronic security system to detect and prevent the unauthorized removal of property from the building. So when you stay at Abacus Apartments, you'll have peace of mind.

Conditions:

All guests are required to have provide full address and contact details and have a valid credit card at check-in for security purposes, incidentals and extensions of reservations. Internet broadband is available for a modest cost.

Abacus? buildings are strictly NO SMOKING. It is a condition of your booking of accommodation at Abacus that, if smoking occurs in an apartment, the cost of an extra day?s accommodation will be charged against your credit card.
