You can design your own program or take part in a holiday that is designed to restore and relax you, or you may choose to use this time to explore your dreams with David Tresemer, who has a Ph.D. in psychology from Harvard University. At various times throughout the year an Ayurveda clinic (an ancient east Indian traditional medicine) is offered.

The island is an excellent place to build your fitness – cycling, walking, swimming or working out in the small gymnasium. There is a resident masseuse.
