The Bay Restaurant is located in the main Lodge building with a panoramic view of Great Oyster Bay at sunset. It is open daily for evening meals. The menu includes prime Tasmanian sea and farm produce. An extensive wine list features the best of Tasmanian boutique wines. There is seating for around 100 guests and in winter providing a cosy atmosphere around an impressive stone open fireplace.
Richardson's Bistro takes its name from the adjoining beach, which sweeps in an arc around the waters of Coles Bay. Richardson's Bistro is open for breakfast and lunch and in peak season, for dinner as well. It offers casual dining at reasonable prices. Guests can enjoy the sounds of a busy open kitchen and the aroma of freshly prepared meals while they enjoy the view of waves breaking on Richardson's Beach.
Hazards Bar and Lounge is a great place to swap stories or read a book by the open wood fire in winter. Most evenings you can join a wine tasting group to meet fellow guests and sample some of Tasmania's best boutique wines and beers.
