Service: Reception staff were not particularly welcoming, though later during our stay were fairly helpful.

Cleanliness: Facilities throughout the hotel were spotless.

Room: Our harbour view room was spacious, clean and well kept. Rooms could probably do with updating, but we have no complaints.

Facilities: All seemed to be in good order.

Location: Very close to harbours, museum, restaurants, shopping etc. Light traffic noise.

Value for money: For the room and views that we had, it was good value for money.

Overall comments: I could recommend this property to families and couples of any age group.
