Haven Spa Retreats (2)
(One cottage with two retreats. No sharing of any facilities)
Overlooking vines, water and wildlife and surrounded by cottage gardens, the Haven Cottage contains two romantic three-room retreats, each with own facilities; offering a delightful and intimate havens among the vines. Relax on the verandahs enjoying view across the water or dine alfresco in your own private outdoor courtyard with BBQ, outdoor table, chairs and market umbrella. The stylish interiors are complimented by warm timber floors. Country kitchens in each retreat are stocked with generous breakfast provisions for full breakfasts. Listen to soothing music, watch television (new LCD) or a selected DVD. Choose a book from the selection of magazines and books as you relax by the cosy wood fires, enjoying the complimentary port and chocolates. (air-conditioned for summer comfort) Retreat to your beautiful bedroom with crisp white linen, wool quilt and electric blanket, with ensuite bathroom. Cupid has left his magical touch. A French door from the bedroom reveals an unexpected surprise - both retreats boast very special and unique spa rooms. Candles, urns and leafy plants surround the elegant, two person spas. There’s a sun filled corner to relax and dream, or do what ever your heart desires.

The Hideaway
Escape for a relaxing and romantic stay, hiding away in a picturesque setting surrounded by water, trees and vines, in a beautiful bluestone cottage that nestles right on the water’s edge. Privacy and luxury combine with peaceful country ambience - striking stone fireplace with cosy wood fire, bathroom with beautiful leadlight window and soothing two-person spa. Choose from two romantic bedrooms with king size beds, fitted with crisp white linen, wool quilts and electric blankets. Relax to the sounds of soothing music, watch television (new LCD) or a selected DVD while you enjoy the complimentary port, chocolates and homemade biscuits. A country style kitchen is stocked with generous breakfast provisions for full breakfasts. A French door with a leadlight window above opens to a stunning courtyard with wonderful views across the water to the island gazebo. Enjoy the peace and seclusion as you observe the abundant bird life - its food for the soul! Dine alfresco with BBQ and outdoor table and chairs provided. Cupid’s
Fulfil your dream for a romantic interlude. You’ll soon become passionate about this intimate cottage. Set on the water’s edge, tucked away in amongst native trees, this sandstone cottage is designed for sole occupancy. Polished timber floors, cathedral ceiling, and leadlight windows compliment the charming interior. A country style kitchen is stocked with generous breakfast provisions. The cosy lounge is warmed by a log fire in winter, and air-conditioned for summer. For your entertainment, there is a new LCD television, DVD player. CD player with selection of CD’s and abundance of magazines to read. A beautiful bedroom with queen size bed is fitted with crisp white linen, wool quilt and electric blanket. A kaleidoscope of colour from a leadlight window casts a magical spell. It spreads over the sunken two-person spa reaching the foot of the queen size bed. A French door leading from the kitchen steps onto the covered terrace and verandah with views of the water and vineyards. Dine alfresco with BBQ, outdoor table and chairs provided.

N.B. A 2-night stay consisting of Friday & Saturday night is required on weekends. A 3-night stay consisting of Friday, Saturday & Sunday is required on long weekends. Stonewell Cottages is exclusively for couples only, with the exception of babies up to 1 year old in the Hideaway Cottage only.
