Service: We ask and rec'd straight away

Cleanliness: Interior and exterior was welcoming and enjoyable

Room: Large enough for a counch to be included. Very pleased with bathroom too.

Facilities: Pool should have been heated so it was out of use due to cold weather.

Location: Not a problem. Away from main road so you are more relaxed with the local birds.

Value for money: Absolutely. Next door golf course walking trails and close to vineyards

Overall comments: Very pleased and have already recommended to friends/family.

Service: The staff at the Novotel Barossa Valley are very helpful

Cleanliness: The Resort and rooms were very clean

Room: The views from our room were fantastic.

Facilities: The pool is fantastic, as is the golf course

Location: Fantastic location.

Value for money: We thought the Novotel Barossa Valley was good value

Overall comments: Will definitely be back

Service: Fantastic service, the Novotel Barossa Valley had friendly staff and I even had a hand written note of welcome from the cleaner.

Cleanliness: Exceptionally clean, the whole property was immaculate. Well done Novotel Barossa Valley!

Room: Gorgeous, lovely refurbised room in modern decor with stunning views over the Barossa Valley.

Facilities: Great facilities, I took advantage of the pool and spa but they have so much you can do.

Location: Outstanding - beautiful, what more can I say! The name Novotel Barossa Valley says it all.

Value for money: Great value for money and I would recommend this to friends.

Overall comments: I thought the Novotel Barossa Valley was so beautiful, the views are stunning and I loved the lounge area with the big fireplace.
