Built in 1879 of Adelaide Bluestone, the award-winning Friendly Meeting Chapel, in the heart of cosmopolitan North Adelaide's cafe and restaurant precinct, is ideal for romantic short stays, and is a favourite with international guests.

Originally a meeting hall for a friendly society, it has been renovated to meticulous historical standards. You can almost hear the walls echo from years of debates and discussions by Adelaides earnest rechabites and friendly society members.

The Chapel has an opulent open plan interior with high windows, giving a sense of complete privacy, space and quiet.

The large living space contains the dining, sitting and bedroom with the queen size antique bed, hidden by oriental screens, studded with semi-precious stones.

A magnificent cedar Victorian dining table, Victorian decorative musical organ, Victorian chaise lounge, Chesterfield settee, brass lamps, a faux marbelised deluxe two person spa bathroom and a mahogany kitchen, makes the Chapel a unique and very romantic destination.

The Friendly Meeting Chapel features a large king size spa bath, kitchen and dining facilities and is furnished with many antiques and memorabilia including a circa 1900 musical organ.
