Medina Grand Adelaide Treasury combines original elements of Adelaide's former Treasury building with modern finishes creating a 5-star apartment hotel including 80 one and two bedroom apartments and studio rooms. There are three types of apartments, Deluxe, Premier and Premier Grand.

The decor is contemporary - Italian designer furniture, combined with warm vibrant colours. creating a simple yet sophisticated atmosphere. This Heritage listed building combines its historic facade with a modern interior.
 
 As well as enjoying elements of the original 19th Century splendour including sandstone walls. archways and cast iron columns. guests are able to enjoy modern. comtemporary. spacious apartments and public spaces.

An on-site archaeologist working during Medina's restoration of the building discovered numerous historical objects, including plates, cutlery, glassware and other treasures. These artefacts are now on display in the Medina Grand Adelaide Treasury lobby.

Conferences and Meetings

Medina Grand Adelaide Treasury is the perfect venue for boutique style meetings and functions surrounded by history. There are four meeting rooms; including the former South Australian government Cabinet Room. Total meeting facilities cater for up to 100 people. 

Apartments can also be used for interviews and small meetings for up to 8 people.

Medina Grand Adelaide Treasury is centrally located in the heart of Adelaide in the historic heritage listed former Treasury building. The property enjoys an exclusive position on Victoria Square, adjacent to Town Hall and opposite the GPO. Rundle Street and the Mall are just 3 blocks away, as is the business centre. Retail stores and Adelaide's major tourist attractions are all easily accessible from our central location. Adelaide's Central Market is only a five-minute stroll away.
