The cottage's location is a great base for exploring other attractions including; Mt Lofty Summit, Cleland Wildlife Park, Warrawong Sanctuary, historic Hahndorf, Mt Lofty Botanical Gardens, The Heysen Walking Trail and Adelaide Hills wineries. The wine districts of the Barossa Valley and Southern Vales can be reached within an hour.
