Studios
All rooms have a balcony and there are primarily three types according to position:

- Courtyard Studios
- Standard Studios
- Ocean front Studios

Most rooms have a queen-size bed but some do have a king split (configured as a king or two singles).

One Bedroom Apartments
There are four in total. These offer a separate bedroom each with a queen-size bed and separate living area that contains a double pull out sofa bed (couch).

Two of these four apartments do not have a balcony but contain their own washing machine and dryer.
