Located amidst the turquoise waters of the Whitsundays lies Peppers Palm Bay, an intimate and secluded tropical retreat.  With only 21 freestanding, elegantly appointed bungalows, bures and cabins, all leading directly onto the sandy beachwaterfront, you can enjoy the beauty of the Whitsundays in peace.

From the hammock of your private balcony, look out across the water to other Whitsunday Isles.   Pack a gourmet picnic lunch and speed off in your own boat to discover the secluded beaches of Long Island's National Park.   Grab a snorkel and explore the underwater world of the reef.  

There are numerous excursions available to see the reef by sea or from the air and it's reassuring to know that you'll be coming back to your own intimate retreat at the end of the day.

Whitsundays are centrally located on the Queensland coast and in the heart of the world heritage listed Great Barrier Reef.

Fly into Hamilton Island Airport and transfer by helicopter or boat launch to Peppers Palm Bay on Long Island.  Alternatively you can fly into Proserpine on Virgin and transfer by helicopter or seaplane direct to Palm Bay OR by bus (approx $20pp - 45 minutes), taxi (approx $50) or luxury limousine to Shute Harbour and then direct by ferry to Peppers Palm Bay (approx. 15 minutes).

Palm Bay offers 21 individual and tastefully furnished guest rooms.

Room Types

Cabins are standard rooms with a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
 
Bures are deluxe rooms with a queen bed, lounge and ensuite bathroom.
 
The Bungalows are suites.   Each bungalow contains a queen bed, a day bed, a large ensuite bathroom and separate living area.  There is one 2-bedroom Bungalow, which is a suite with two bedrooms.   The master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom whilst the second bedroom has two single beds with separate toilet and bathroom.   There's also a large, separate living area.
