Service: friendly but lack hospitailty training

Cleanliness: rooms are run down

Room: size is fine

Facilities: entertainment good, all restaurants were expensive and served poor quality food especially breakfast

Location: na

Value for money: be ware of the prices , especially if with kids

Overall comments: would tell people its fine but very expensive,

Service: I thought the staff were very nice and if we needed anything they would kindly do it

Cleanliness: I thought it was very nice and clean and always smelt nice

Room: Great for a family

Facilities: Are great! We were always busy and the kids were never bored

Location: Great Island

Value for money: It was relatively expensive, but it was worth it.

Overall comments: Ii thought it was great the kids would not stop talking about it all the way home and the kids told their class about the holiday, saying it was the best holiday! The family gives it a 20/20 thanks to all the staff!!
