Service: Rydges Reef Resort Hotel & Villas service was always excellent.

Cleanliness: The resort was spotless, our villa was cleaned every day to a super standard..

Room: There was plenty of room for 4 adults in a two bed villa. Furniture was modern and comfy. Bathroom was a bit dull but what fantastic views from our balacony!!!!!

Facilities: 5 pools all of which were super. We used the gym daily, tennis courts. Entertainment was poor, although we were told that Aussies dont do entertainment!!!! Pitch and putt consisted of 3 holes on one green!!! very disapointing.

Location: Very quiet, but only 10 mins from Port Douglas with a local shuttle bus running every few minutes this was'nt a problem.

Value for money: The Rydges Reef Resort Hotel & Villas was value for money, but never buy anything from there mini mart as they rip you off big time!!!!!

Overall comments: I would absolutely recommend Rydges Reef Resort Hotel & Villas to another traveller!!! We aim to go back ourselves. I suggest that more sunbeds could be provided.
