Service: The reception staff were excellent, they were more than happy to offer excellent advice, they booked excursion tickets for us and happily chatted with the kids - wonderful!
Cleanliness: The room was neat and clean - although just a tiny bit dated - the property itself was well maintained and the pool and BBQ facilities were well looked after. The units are not serviced daily but we were provided with new linens and a tidy up half way through our stay.
Room: The room was a 2 bedroom unit with living area and mini ktchenette, bathroom and balcony. The unit was quite small but comfortable none the less - my family of four was comfortable throughout a week long stay.
Facilities: The pool was lovely, spacious and kept very neat and tidy.
Location: You can walk into Macrossan Street - the mian part of town in about 10 minutes and the beach is only about 2 or 3 minutes away. The selection of restaraunts in the town was fabulous and the number of tourist attractions are mind boggling - the lovely staff can offer good local advice though.
Value for money: Port Douglas in general is a little expensive for accomodation but I feel like we certainly had value from the Reefclub.
Overall comments: This property is ideal for families wanting to travel in the tropics - the building does not have lifts so if you have prams or elderly travellers with you it would be an idea to consider this and request a ground floor when booking, apart from that the Reefclub was certainly a great holiday experience for my family - I'd recomend it to anyone.
