Service: This is an apartment style resort yet staff still friendly and helpful. Our aircon. unit started leaking water. It didn't get fixed while were there but as we were in and out all day it wasn't a problem.
Cleanliness: the Breakfree Caribbean Resort Mooloolaba was generally well maintained and the rooms very clean.
Room: We had a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment with a view over a side street. Would request a third floor room with a nicer view next time. On the plus side our room was very cool in temp. Typical cane furniture but very serviceable.
Facilities: Pool was great. Spa pool - had doubts about the cleanliness of it. Didn't use gym but it looked ok.
Zachary's bar downstairs great.
Location: Couldn't fault the location. No noise problem and very handy to everything. Bus stop over road.
Value for money: We looked around at other resorts while there. The Breakfree Caribbean Resort Mooloolaba seems very good value for money. They often do stay 7 get next 5 days free - watch for blockouts.
Overall comments: We would recommend the Breakfree Caribbean Resort Mooloolaba but check on room location.
