Accommodation at Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove comprises 247 rooms, including five low-rise clusters made up of guest room, Regency Club® and suite categories. There are 114 Hyatt guest rooms, 49 Lagoon View rooms, 60 Regency Club® rooms, 16 Queenslander Suites, six Homestead Suites, one Federation Suite and one Manor Suite.

Modern comforts and a sense of luxury have been incorporated into the traditional design. The large, private rooms and suites have a uniquely spacious 'Australian' feeling, enhanced by a private balcony with a choice of views over the marina, the serenity of the golf course or the sandy beach lagoon.

Guest Rooms
Guest rooms contain a king or twin double beds and are 37 square metres in size.

Regency Club
One of the five low-rise courts within the hotel consists of exclusive Regency Club® accommodation. This court is serviced by an individual Regency Club® Lounge, offering complimentary continental breakfast, light refreshments and tea and coffee throughout the day, pre-dinner drinks and a canapé buffet every evening.

Regency Club® rooms contain a king or twin double beds and are 39 square metres in size.

Queenslander Suites
Queenslander Suites are 66 square metres in size and contain one king-size bed with a separate living / dining area.
These suites also allow access to the Regency Club® Lounge, offering complimentary continental breakfast and evening drinks with canapés.

The Federation Suite
The Federation Suite is spread over 178.06 square metres and features separate living area, dining area, guest powder room, butler pantry, CD player and VCR as well as a king-size bed.

The Manor Suite
The Manor Suite extends over 231.90 square metres and features a formal living area, entertainment / dining area, CD player and VCR, guest powder room, bar area and kitchenette.
