Service: They were all very friendly toward my family and I

Cleanliness: The cleanliness was pretty good. Excapet for a few bugs in the bedrooms, it was alright

Room: Absolutely magnificent! They were huge and were very well set out

Facilities: Everything there was, again, maginificent! The pool is awsome and the spa is very relaxing

Location: It was a very nice location. I loved the gardens and you couldnt hear the road just outside the resort. I loved it

Value for money: The value for money was very good.

Overall comments: I would highly recommend this resort for any one who wants a relaxing holiday at the Gold Coast!
