Service: Staff were very friendly and attentive at all times, I personally think its nice when the staff at the resort to go out of their way to say hello and make you feel welcome.
Cleanliness: Rooms were great and the cleanliness of the entire resort was great. Very well maintained.
Room: Couran Cove Rooms were huge, I had the opportunity to check out a Marine Deluxe and a 4 Bedroom Villa. Both were very large and spacious. Bathrooms were very nice and the decor was modern, these were some of the best rooms I have seen in my experience.
Facilities: There is so much to do at Couran Cove. Kids will love it. You will need to hire a bike to get around the resort quickly - its so huge! This is great fun by the way. The activities centre caters for everyone, even us big kids! You would not get bored at this resort
Location: Being on an island Couran Cove location is not really an issue. It is very easy to get to from the Gold Coast though.
Value for money: value for money at Couran Cove was pretty good. Worth the $
Overall comments: Couran Cove was a great experience, the resort is very well blended into the landscape which I appreciate. Couran Cove is great fun, with plenty of things to do. I would probably not want to spend more than a week here, but anything less than that is great.
