Service: Reception staff were friendly during all communications and able to answer any questions we had professionally and efficiently.
Cleanliness: Generally good condition - some minor issues with LED display of lifts being a bit skewed and other little imperfections, but very acceptable for the price.
Room: Facilities of our 13th floor apartment very good - an early booking probably helped secure an air conditioned room. Great views of beachfront. Minor maintenance issues with cornice and other patch up work that slightly detracted from overall appearance of room. Beds firm but reasonable. Standalone shower cubicle would have been preferable over bath/shower combo unit.
Facilities: Nicely maintained gardens and pool area. Sauna not used. Comprehensive display of maps and brochures available on ground floor.
Location: Excellent location with supermarket across the road. Plenty of handy facilities nearby. Proximity to Cavill Ave means that nights were a bit loud but that should be expected.
Value for money: excellent value considering location.
Overall comments: For a couple or small family seeking low priced yet reasonably appointed accommodation, this is a good place to consider.
