Established in September 2004, Bluewater on the Gold Coast, offers 5 star facilities in first class surroundings.

This spacious award winning villa has been architecturally designed to take advantage of its prime location. The use of enormous panoramic windows and an open floor plan means you are able to enjoy the picturesque views from almost every room.

The villa has four spacious bedrooms ? one king with ensuite, one queen with ensuite and two queens with shared bathroom.

The large kitchen has an island bench and stainless appliances, including an espresso machine and ice dispenser.

A comfortable formal lounge room is perfect for relaxing in while you watch a film on the wide-screen plasma television. Glass bi-fold doors let the outside in and retractable blinds enable the area to be used year round. The doors lead to a heated saltwater pool.

There is a room set aside to escape to for reading and if the office at home just won't run without you, it has broadband Internet access, fax machine, printer and copier.

Guests can choose to have a personal assistant during their stay. They can assist with organising a golf day, massage, parasailing, winery tours, deep sea fishing, shopping and theme park visits or a chef for private catering.

Packages have been carefully designed to cater for individual requirements. Tailored packages are also available on request.

Bedrooms
As you walk up the stairs and across the polished timber footbridge, your attention is captured by the balcony overlooking your private sports cruiser yacht and jet skis. Entering the master bedroom you will be amazed by the sheer size of the room which includes a king-size bed, wide-screen television, bar fridge, walk-in robe and ensuite with spa bath and double shower.

You could easily mistake the second bedroom for the master, also featuring a wide-screen television, walk-in robe and ensuite. Bedrooms three and four share a main bathroom and feature a queen-size bed with northern views of the island.

The villa consists of four spacious bedrooms, each with its own unique feature. Choose from a king sized room with ensuite and spa bath or perhaps the queen sized room with a private balcony is more your style.
