Service: Prompt and efficient, but not needed much.

Cleanliness: very pleasant, tropical feel.

Room: Didn't need the airconditioning as there was a gentle sea breeze thru our windows.

Facilities: Pools are excellent, played tennis with daughter several times (which hasn't happenned for years)

Location: Superb views from the ground floor unit as they are all at the water's edge. Watched the dolphins go past our patio on two occassions during our ten day stay.

Value for money: This is a superb location for a holiday - there is a bus to the airport and up/down the Esplanade and a few nice restaurants at the Marina.

Overall comments: Five min walk to the ocean pier for fishing. Many large fish were being caught by young and old alike.
