Service: The Customer service was not very good. Upon check in we were not told of the facilites available. We were not given the starter pack as stated in the brochure. We tried to call reception a number of times and could not contact anyone. We also tried to go to the counter and still no answer. We not impressed

Cleanliness: The cleanliness was very good

Room: Room size was

Facilities: The pool was very nice

Location: Location was fine

Value for money: I think that it was really nice but a little on the expensive side

Overall comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was great but the customer service lacked.
