Service: Staff where very friendly and helpfull
Cleanliness: Rooms where very clean and serviced every day
Room: Room was roomy enough although the bathroom could have been bigger or maybe one of the rooms could of had an ensuite
Facilities: Great
Location: Have stayed in these apartments before as the location is fantastic and they have parking on location
Value for money: Can't say they are any better or worse than other properties as I think all accomodation rates are expensive when what people need is a bed for the night.
Overall comments: I would stay again and I have recommended these apartments to other friends.

Service: Everyone was friendly and attentive. Everyone ended up knowing my name by the end of the trip. Attention to detail and the pampering was great.
Cleanliness: My room was surrounded by the rainforest with fruit falling from the trees above and strange exotic animals all about. My room was beautiful with a giant bathroom great working air conditioner. The place was very clean. I did not think the river was really right at the toes of this resort. So tranquil and soothing.
Room: The rooms were huge and very clean. Bugs, are the only problem, a lot of them and some dead ones in the room. Its the rainforest. The bed was a little too firm for me and I hope they fixed that.
Facilities: The facilities were great. Having meals overlooking the slow moving river surrounded by thick forest and the sounds of birds everywhere. The rain would put me to sleep at night. The overlook area where you can sit in the modern furniture while sipping cocktails or tea and cookies looking down at the river. Tv entertainment room looked nice, big plasma tv and dvd's but I never went in there. The dinner was the best I have ever had. Every meal was perfect. Literally perfect. The activites could keep you busy for weeks if you had the time and money.
Location: Easy quick rides to port douglas which was cool. A lot of restaurants and shops. Tourist trap but nice to get out and see other things. Port Douglas reminded me exactly of an Hawiian tourist town.
Value for money: it is a good amount of money but I thought it was worth it all. I never thought this place was going to be as nice as it was. I went there with little knowledge and came out with my best trip so far.
Overall comments: People who want to get away and pamper themselves with spa treatments, great food, (get the course dinner included with your package) Their chefs are amazing, dont miss out. So many activites day or night. Great cocktails and wine, relaxing environment. Ive stayed at nice places in hawaii with tropical feels but the rainforest beat it all. Never thought rainforests were that beautiful.
