Outdoors, guests can enjoy the freshwater pool, fishing from Bloomfield's private jetty and of course, explore the wonders of the Daintree Rainforest. Dining
Meals at Peppers Bloomfield Lodge are exceptional. Fresh seafood, sumptuous steaks, tropical fruit and vegetables are skilfully prepared by the lodge chef and served in the relaxed comfort of the open air dining room. Free seating with around 4 - 6 guests per table makes for very sociable mealtimes with many friendships formed over a gourmet dinner and a few glasses of wine.
Private dinners can also be arranged in our gazebos overlooking Weary Bay.

Lunch is normally at 1.00pm or arranged around the day's activities

How to get there.
The 2 hour journey from Cairns to Peppers Bloomfield Lodge is in itself a thrilling experience. It begins with a courtesy car which takes guests to the VIP lounge at the Hinterland Aviation terminal, looking out over the International Airport. A 30 minute scenic flight follows the dazzling Queensland coastline over the fringing reefs and tiny islands of the Coral Sea.
Landing on an outback airstrip, guests are met by Peppers Bloomfield Lodge's friendly staff and escorted on the short trip by unsealed road to the banks of the Bloomfield River. From here, the launch cruises downriver to the sea and across Weary Bay to Peppers Bloomfield Lodge, nestling almost unseen in the rainforest. The final touch in this unique little adventure comes as the boat lets down wheels and is pulled ashore for the driest of landings and a cooling drink, whilst the magic of Peppers Bloomfield Lodge takes over.
The Lodge has been carefully designed to blend in with the beauty of the surrounding tropical rainforest ecosystem, while views out over the blue waters of Weary Bay and the Coral Sea are a reminder of its unique location in Far North Queensland.
Catering for a maximum of 34 guests in 16 deluxe accommodation rooms, guests can be assured of an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. Natural timber cabins are located amidst lush tropical gardens.
At the heart of Peppers Bloomfield Lodge is the main building, with games rooms, bar and open-air restaurant and dining terrace overlooking the swimming pool and deck area.

Located adjacent to the main lodge, Rainforest Cabins have queen beds and verandahs overlooking lush rainforest. Some have partial sea views.
Queenslander Room
Located in a terrace of four cabins with unspoilt views over Weary Bay. Queen beds are available. A separate family suite on 2 floors with a shared bathroom sleeps 4 people.
Deluxe Room
More spacious than the Rainforest and Queenslander cabins, Deluxe cabins are located on the hillside away from the main lodge. All have private sea-facing verandahs with excellent views and a choice of queen or twin beds.
Honeymoon Room
The ultimate treat at Peppers Bloomfield Lodge offering the full sea views, complete privacy and all with spa baths. All have queen beds.
