Relaxing at Villa 25 is easy.

Villa 25's lakeside location is serene and you are welcome to use all facilities of the magnificent adjoining 5 Star resort (host of the Australian PGA at the foot of Mt Coolum). Located within the exclusive 'The Lakes' gated community you will have the space of your own home (plus 'The Lakes' private tennis courts and pool) with the benefits of being a member at our neighbouring resort.

Villa 25 has 4 comfortable double bedrooms with permanent bedding for 8 adults. The King Bedroom and Queen Bedroom both open onto the upper sundeck with views to Mt. Coolum, and have full ensuites with two person baths. The other 2 bedrooms have twin single beds that can be made up as double beds if required.

Villa 25 has an outdoor hot-tub in its own private courtyard, an automatic coffee machine and an electric 4 person golf buggy for guest use. You can 'buggy' to the beach for a relaxing walk or swim, or use Villa 25's buggy when playing the neighbouring PGA golf course.

The living areas are spacious, open plan style. Glass doors open to Villa 25's covered patio, with BBQ, overlooking the lake and the majestic Mt. Coolum. The birdlife is quite remarkable - everything from colourful kingfishers and parrots to ducks and swans. We even have the occassional wallaby (or goanna) visit.

You (or the others in your group) can relax in the separate sunroom with 2nd tv/dvd/video and piano - great for large groups or families. There is also a separate study and powder room. The house is (of course) fully Air Conditioned.

Villa 25 accesses the neighbouring 5 star resort through the private 'The Lakes' gate just 50m from Villa 25. Your group are welcome to use all resort facilities (pools, tennis courts, golf course, childcare, restaurants, dayspa etc).

'The Lakes' residents also enjoy their own private pool with cabana PLUS day/night tennis courts.

• Mt Coolum's base (Australia's 2nd largest monolith after Uluru) is a 5 minute walk. The return climb is two (2) hours and you will be rewarded with sweeping views of the Sunshine coast (migrating whales Jun-Oct).
