Located 300km west of Cairns, The working station "Wrotham Park" is a breeding station running approximately 35,000 predominantly Brahman cattle on 596,430 hectares. The station has three major river systems - the Lynd, Mitchell and Walsh Rivers on Cape York Peninsula - which runs through the entire property. Production of the property is breeding steers for the growing-out areas. Station operations consist of two rounds of mustering using horses, motorbikes and helicopters.

Dining at Wrotham is based on a gourmet interpretation of traditional country fare, a modern style of dining that echoes stockman on the muster trail gathering round-the-camp-fire to share stories and a meal. Station Managers join guests on some of the dinner-party style evenings. Local produce is highlighted throughout Wrotham's menu, including AACO's premium grade beef, the world-renowned '1824' brand.

Skytrans Charter Flight
Skytrans Airlines operates charter flights to Wrotham Park Station from Cairns Airport (45 minutes), Dunk Island (60 minutes), Lizard Island (80 minutes) and Cow Bay Airstrip just north of the Daintree River (60 minutes).
Baggage allowance for these transfers may be limited to one suitcase and one small carry-on item of hand luggage. There are complimentary facilities for storing excess luggage at the Skytrans terminal.
Helicopter Transfer
Charter helicopter transfers between Cairns and Wrotham Park Station (1 hour) are available with Great Barrier Reef Helicopter Group.
Self drive from Cairns is possible and takes approximately 4 hours. The journey to Wrotham Park Station requires a four-wheel drive vehicle as some sections of road are unsealed. Car rental is available through all major car rental companies from Cairns Airport and City.
