Service: Carlton Crest Brisbane was very well run and organised. Although nothing did 'pop' as being outstanding. Service was generally quick as I did not have to wait for anything.
Cleanliness: Our room was of a good standard, the bathroom was also very clean. Carlton Crest looks like they maintain thier rooms very well
Room: It was a descent sized room, nothing that made me go WOW though. there are some nice views of the cith though. Decor was comftourable and not tacky.
Facilities: The Carlton Crest did have some good facilities, not that I made much use of them.
Location: This is probably the best thing about the Carlton Crest. It is basically in the middle of the city. If you want somewhere close to the action, look no further
Value for money: I was happy with the value here. I wasn't paying big bucks for my time here, so I wasn't expecting the absolute best.
Overall comments: Very happy overall. I would stay at the Carlton Crest Brisbane again. If your after more luxury though, something like the Stamford would be better.
