Service: didnt have to wait, housekeeping and reception very good prompt and informative

Cleanliness: room well looked after clean and tidy, whole area and streets very clean and tidy

Room: wonderful 11th floor heaps of room wonderfull view.

Facilities: pool great it was 35+ degrees so it was well used , spa nice not to hot

Location: location location location , handy to every thing , didnt drive at all used ferry and cats buses and train $20 at time for adult pass zones 1&2 for a week handy to all resturants city just across the river so cool

Value for money: YES my money was well spent , market day on sundays at riverside and southbank , if buying clothes check out all shops first prices in city reflect location , good cafe is the hidden cafe down stairs wintergarden plaza queen st every thing fresh but u will have to wait , service and prices ,quailty great

Overall comments: had a great stay and a great time even though it was very hot and humid
