‘Wild Bush Luxury’ is a term used to decribe the style of experience at Bamurru Plains. The focus of your stay at Bamurru Plains is in the environment around you and the wildlife and birdlife for whom it is home.

With just nine safari suites built amongst the savannah bush fringing the floodplains, the camp is exclusive and guests will not see other tourists on the property.

Each safari suite is raised on a timber platform, with space for sitting out the heat of day with a good book or watching the local wildlife.

At the Bamurru Plains in Kakadu you can have a filling breakfast before starting a great day. All meals are wholesome and are produces from fresh local produce. Many native products are used for preparing the delicious cuisines.

You can also enjoy a wide variety of activities at the camp, including trips on the Sampan River, animal viewing, crocodile cruises, airboat trips, and four wheel drive safaris.

Helicopter flights are available at an additional cost. Kakadu and Arnhem Land are also easily accessed in a day trip from the camp.
