Service: ok during the day, but at night not much response. one day had to go and get towels from the pool.

Cleanliness: every thing was fairly clean and tidy.

Room: quite basic, think travel lodge, had everything you need including microwave and dishwasher.but no bath in our room.

Facilities: nice sized pool, also had jacuzzi and sauna. Gym had basic equipment needed for work out.

Location: 5 min stroll to the harbour which had loads of good restaurants, shops and bars. 20 min walk to the opera house the other way.

Value for money: was over priced for what it was, but we were there over new year and it is a major city. might be worth asking if there is a better room availible as we were moved at the to a lovely room.

Overall comments: convienient for the location, a good base for families and couples alike.
