Service: The staff were always there when we needed them,from check in to check out.

Cleanliness: The room was great and had everything we needed

Room: Plenty of room and the bed was really comfortable.Restaurant and entertainment was really great.

Facilities: The restaurant and bar facilities were second to none with great service and a large assortment on offer.

Location: Close to everything we needed in Sydney. shopping was easy walking distance. Restaurants close by.

Value for money: For my money I was very happy.Considering we were in the heart of Sydney this was great value.

Overall comments: I would recommend this hotel for its proximity to everything thats happening in Sydney and would appeal to a great cross section of of the travelling public.
