Service: Carlton Crest service staff were very pleasant and easy to deal with.

Cleanliness: Hotel looked well maintained but perhaps due for a refurb in 5 years.

Room: Carlton Crest Sydney Rooms are of a good standard, nothing to complain about here. Beds were comfy and furniture was handy.

Facilities: Just a one night stay so I didn't make use of and facilities. Room Service was quick though!

Location: Very close to the Sydney CBD, just a 5 min walk and your at Darling Harbour enjoying a nice coffee.

Value for money: Carlton Crest Sydney is pretty good value for money, considering some of the other hotels around the place. You feel lie you've had a win if you ca get away with less than $150 er night.

Overall comments: I would stay there again for a one night stay, however if I was on holiday I would probably go something a little nicer.
