Service: Friendly staff.
Cleanliness: The resort looked tired and was being renovated. We were not pre-warned about this. Our room was reasonable. The fly screens however were filthy!
Room: Nice apartments. Well laid out.Furniture ok. Stunning view.
Facilities: Used the pool and tennis court.
Location: Great location. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Quiet at night which was great.
Value for money: We had some issues with our room ie: a leaking ceiling which caused us to have to move half way through our stay, but that aside it was well laid out and quite well equipped. I think that due to the renovations some discount should have been offered.
Overall comments: Probably would recommend to family and friends in the hope that the management have realised they can't put guests in sub standard rooms and still charge full price!!
The views were to die for - the lake was simply stunning and the path around it made walking so easy.
