Service: Staff are average.

Cleanliness: Very clean rooms.

Room: Layout of rooms and attractiveness above average.

Facilities: Great facilities.

Location: Great food all around Ettalong.

Value for money: Been there 3 times and still not sick of it.

Overall comments: A great getaway, just make sure you get a spa in your room. Great for kids too.

Facilities: The gym was fantastic, and the Day Spa to die for!

Location: great for a getaway from Sydney

Value for money: Good value.

Overall comments: If you go, make sure you book into the Day Spa.
