Here the emerald green rainforests of the World Heritage Area crown the ridges of the Great Dividing Range at lofty Dorrigo. Then like steps, descend to the seashore along Coffs Coast where headlands stand sentinel over golden stretches of crescent shaped beaches. This is where bright sub-tropical sunshine rejuvenates your soul, relaxes your body and soothes your mind.

How you explore is up to you.. .perhaps a 4WD guided rainforest tour, horseback through State forests or drive along country lanes and back roads through tranquil hinterland valleys. Inviting beaches are aplenty - from Woolgoolga south to Nambucca and Scotts Head lie 44 kilometres of golden sands on which to laze and play.

From June to October cruise the Solitary Islands Marine Park to see majestic Humpback whales.

If you like to be busy you can shop for arts and crafts, golf, take a spin in a go-kart, slip down a water-slide, learn to surf, shake hands with a dolphin, tandem sky-dive, bite into a banana, meet flowers in the Botanic Gardens and furry friends at the zoo.
