Service: All of the staff were polite and very professional
Cleanliness: Our room and the resort grounds were immaculate, there was plenty of attention to detail and our housekeeping lady was lovely!
Room: The suites are a genourous size, with nice big bathrooms and king size beds. Our kitchenette had a full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a combined clothes waher and dryer - all discreetly tucked away behind cupboard doors.
Facilities: Whilst we didn't go swimming, the pool and surrounds looked sensational - maybe next time. We made good use of the rainforest boardwalks, the gym and took part in the free yoga sessions each morning - a perfect way to start the day.
Location: The location was just perfect, 5 minutes drive from Byron and a 5 minute walk from the beach. We took the free shuttle in to Byron several times, but most of the time enjoyed the privacy and seclusion that the resort offered.
Value for money: Great value!
Overall comments: Overall we were very impressed with the resort - it was a perfect escape from the busyness of Brisbane. It was like going to a retreat without sacrificing any modern conveniences!
