Woodlands is a modern weatherboard cottage decorated in the colours of the Australian bush which surrounds it.  It is in a secluded setting adjacent to the National Park, close to bushwalks and the villages of Wentworth Falls and Leura.

It is in a lovely sunny position sitting high up with a leafy outlook to the north-east.
