Our twelve Federation style apartments are specially designed as comfortable family accommodation.

Sleeping up to six people in two bedrooms, each has lounge/dining area, kitchenette and bathroom.

Comfort items include heaters, colour television and VCR. Linen, towels and feather quilts are all provided.

You will find that Federation Gardens is quality, affordable accommodation that has much to offer our visitors. And all in the tranquillity and beauty of the picturesque Blue Mountains.

Possums Hideaway.
Possums Hideaways are tucked away in neutral bushland to provide secluded, romantic and luxurious accommodation for couples.

Each cabin is completely self-contained and stylishly designed with full wrap-around verandah.

Included is everything you need to feel totally pampered - exquisitely furnished studio style apartment, kitchenette, Queen size bed, slow combustion wood heater, double spa, colour television and VCR.
